My name's Kat and I live with my husband and our two beagles in Wigginton in North Oxfordshire, where I offer functional fitness personal training alongside professional massage therapies. I love people and I love my job.

I have diplomas in both Swedish and sports massage therapy and over 20 years experience as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor.

I have a fully equipped, dedicated, private massage room (as seen in the pictures above) alongside a private bathroom, exclusively for your use.
